At Functional Nutritional Solutions, we believe that good health involves the mind, body and spirit. We support those aspects by paying close attention, listening attentively and caring genuinely when it comes to your health care needs and working towards your improved health. We will carefully look at your past and present health to determine what needs to be improved in order for your health to function at its high optimum. We will approach your health concerns as an individualized and not a one size fits all approach. This may include lab testing which may give clues as to why your are not feeling at optimal level. LXXX is the Nutritional Counselor at Functional Nutritional Solutions.

L has completed her undergraduate degree in Psychological Science from Central CT State University followed by a Masters Degree from the University of Bridgeport in Human Nutrition.

Elle's true passion for nutrition supports her belief and philosphy of the two time Nobel Prize winner Dr. Linus Pauling in that "“Nearly all disease can be traced to a nutritional deficiency.”

Elle's "non-diet" approach to health is more having more energy, and living a life that is free of illness and disease with optimal nutrition..

Functional and Integrative Nutrition principles are all about individuality and not a one size diet that fits all approach. We look at many different markers that help us analyze what is going in a persons body which may include repleting lost vitamins and minerals through the foods we eat or supplementing if necessary all while trying to ward off illness and disease.

Promoting longevity with nutritional balances and healthy lifestyle practices is a way to take care of your own unique body. It is my passion to help you live a longer healthier life <3

She currently is a mentee of the highly sought-after Integrative and Functional Medicine Nutritionists at The Clinician's Incubator. This opportunity has allowed her to the gain even more practice in understanding how each individual purely unique.
